Absence Makes The Heart Grow Fonder
Sep. 25th, 2012 08:30 pmTwo days without Internet access. Who’d have thought it would be so hard. Of course, forgetting to print out the knitting pattern I’m working on wasn’t a smart idea, and led to much wailing and gnashing of teeth. But in the end we survived, and were back online in just over two days. This morning I did a quick read through of all the email and blog posts that piled up over the weekend, and now I can say that I am reasonably caught up. (No comments left, sadly, because I was trying to read everyone’s blog. I’ve only got so much time. Everything looks lovely though, ladies.)
Over my short break, I finished up the Tesla scarf, which I will share tomorrow. (It was much to rainy and grey here today to take pictures. Actually, I completely forgot.) I also finished the toy sack and tree on Baby Man’s stocking, and got started on the snow at Santa’s feet. Now I’m thinking about casting on another pair of socks, because a woman just can’t have too many socks, right?
